This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of MELS games and applications can request the deletion of their personal data, and how we handle such requests in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Your Right to Delete Personal Data
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. We respect this right and have implemented processes to ensure your data can be removed from our systems upon request.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data through the following methods:
Method 1: In-Game Account Management
- Log in to your MELS account through the game or web interface
- Navigate to the Account Management section
- Click on "DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT" button
- Confirm your request by typing "DELETE MY ACCOUNT"
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to tolmust.muz@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your account email address
- Your PlayFab ID (if known)
- A clear statement requesting data deletion
⚠️ Important: 30-Day Grace Period
When you request account deletion, your account is immediately deactivated but not permanently deleted. You have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion request and restore your account. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What Data is Deleted
Upon permanent deletion, the following data will be removed:
- Account profile information (email, username, etc.)
- Game progress and statistics
- Virtual currency and items
- Friend lists and social connections
- User-generated content
- Device identifiers associated with your account
- Any other personal data we have collected
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained even after account deletion for legitimate purposes:
- Legal Compliance: Data required to be retained by law
- Fraud Prevention: Limited data to prevent fraudulent activities
- Aggregated Analytics: Non-personal, anonymized data for analytics
- Transaction Records: Purchase history as required for financial records
Third-Party Services
Please note that we use third-party services, including:
- PlayFab (Microsoft Azure): Primary data storage and game backend
- Google Play Services: Authentication and payments
- Analytics providers: Game usage analytics
While we will delete your data from our systems, you may need to contact these third-party services directly for complete data removal from their systems. We will assist you in this process upon request.
Canceling a Deletion Request
During the 30-day grace period, you can cancel your deletion request by:
- Logging back into your account
- Navigating to Account Management
- Clicking "CANCEL DELETION"
Processing Time
Immediate: Account deactivation occurs immediately upon request
30 days: Grace period for cancellation
After 30 days: Permanent deletion is processed within 48 hours

Children's Data
If we become aware that we have collected data from children under 13 years of age without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians can contact us to request deletion of their child's data.
